Hiring & Operating Terms

We provide transparent guidelines for our clients. We offer flexible recovery solutions tailored to each case, with no upfront fees in many cases. Our terms outline the scope of the recovery process, expected timelines, and clear communication throughout each step. With AGR, you can trust in our commitment to ethical practices and our dedication to recovering your lost funds as efficiently as possible.

SERVICE RETAINER: 7%
The service retainer covers the expenses involved with effectively investigating and pursuing the assets. The retainer
fee amount is based on the amount deposited by the client. This is covering the costs required to effectively
investigate and pursue the assets. This is payable in installments with a period of 21-31 days between each
installment.

Note: The expenses that are covered by the retainer fee are essential to creating a highly effective case. These
include but are not limited to the following: purchasing access to foreign information databases, private financial
statement orders, corporate document acquisitions, tracing services, international phone calls, mailing letters
abroad, general overhead, outsourcing highly specific local specialists (depending on the jurisdiction that the
fraudulent entity operates in) and occasionally outsourcing requirements such as the translation services and in
some cases outsourcing local representatives in relevant jurisdictions.

RECOVERY COMMISSION: 12%
Once assets are recovered, we have a recovery commission on the total dollar valued amount of recovered assets.
This percentage is required after assets are recovered, evaluated with our client. The recovery commission does not
necessarily signify closing a case as for some cases recoveries may be spread out over various amounts from one
or more sources.

Note: When possible, we will pursue additional amounts from the responsible parties in the form of “damages”. This
includes any and all fees paid to us by our clients. For example, we will demand additional compensation equal to
the fees for which our client pays us.
